We started with a napkin.
Every accountant draws the same diagram on the back of a napkin: cash → AR → revenue, and materials → WIP → finished goods → COGS. It's the cost flow of the business. It's how the books are supposed to work. And then they go to a software demo and watch eight different modules pretend to be one.
We build the napkin. The whole product is one ledger with eight views — invoices, bills, inventory, payroll — sitting on top of the same double-entry core. The trial balance always ties. The reports always reconcile. The audit log always picks up the change.
We are opinionated.
Some opinions: there is one correct way to handle period locks (block direct edits, force reversals). There is one correct way to consolidate (per-line dimensions, not parent companies). The audit log is non-negotiable. Your data exits as CSV + JSON, always. We will never sell your data, train models on it, or hold it hostage if you decide to leave.
Some things we don't have opinions about: the colour of your dashboard, the order of the columns on your invoice, how many decimal places your inventory uses, whether you call your customer a "client" or a "patron." Those are yours.
We ship every day.
