Acceptance
By signing up for, accessing, or using Nonari you agree to these terms. If you're using Nonari on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms, and "you" in this document means both you personally and the organization.
If you don't agree to these terms, don't use Nonari. Existing customers can cancel and export their data at any time.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally capable of entering a contract. You must not be barred from using software services under the laws of Pakistan or any jurisdiction where you actually use the product.
What Nonari is
Nonari is an accounting and operations platform — invoices, bills, inventory, manufacturing jobs, multi-branch management, and AI-assisted bookkeeping built on a shared double-entry ledger. The full feature set is described on the product page.
AI features generate suggestions and drafts. They are tools, not auditors. You are responsible for reviewing every entry the AI proposes before posting it. Nonari is not a substitute for a qualified accountant for jurisdiction-specific tax, payroll, or statutory-reporting decisions.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials safe. We use Clerk for sign-in and recommend enabling multi-factor authentication. If you suspect your account has been compromised, email info@nonari.io immediately.
Your organization's administrators control who has access to the workspace and at what permission level. Nonari relies on those controls; we won't adjudicate disputes between users of the same workspace.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use Nonari to violate any law, including tax, securities, anti-money-laundering, or sanctions law;
- scrape, mass-extract, or reverse-engineer the product (the export buttons exist precisely so you don't need to);
- abuse the AI features by feeding them prompts designed to extract proprietary information about the model or to circumvent safety measures;
- attempt to break the tenant-isolation boundary or access another organization's data;
- use the product to send unsolicited bulk email or SMS, or to host content that infringes third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. For serious violations (fraud, credential abuse) we'll suspend immediately and investigate after; for everything else we'll reach out first and give you a chance to remedy.
Subscriptions and billing
Pricing and plan terms are listed on /pricing. Plans billed annually are paid in advance; plans billed monthly renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), with US-dollar equivalents shown for reference, and may exclude applicable taxes (which we'll add at checkout where required).
You can cancel any time from the workspace billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we don't pro-rate refunds for partial periods unless the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence obliges us to. Full details are in the Refund Policy.
If we change pricing on an existing plan we'll email you 30 days before the change takes effect. You can cancel before the new price applies.
Your data and our data
The data you put into Nonari — invoices, bills, contacts, products, ledger entries, attachments, every byte you typed — is yours. You retain all rights, title, and interest in it. We hold it on your behalf so the product works.
You grant us a limited licence to host, display, transmit, and back up your data solely for the purpose of providing the service. We will not sell your data, share it with third parties for advertising, or use it to train AI models that benefit anyone other than you.
Nonari itself — the software, the design, the brand, the source code, the documentation — is owned by Nonari IT Solutions. You may use it under these terms; you may not copy, sublicense, or resell it.
Service availability
We aim for high availability but don't commit to a specific uptime SLA on self-serve plans. Enterprise contracts can include a written SLA — ask us.
We may need to take the service offline for maintenance. We'll announce planned maintenance ahead of time and try to schedule it outside business hours in your region. We're not liable for downtime caused by sub-processors (Railway, Clerk, etc.) outside our control, but we'll communicate openly about it.
Disclaimer and liability
Nonari is provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Our aggregate liability under these terms is capped at the fees you actually paid Nonari in the 12 months preceding the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — lost profits, lost data, reputational harm — even if we've been advised of the possibility. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations; in those, our liability is limited to the smallest amount permitted by law.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or anything else that can't be excluded by law.
Termination
You can terminate your subscription any time. We can terminate or suspend access if you materially breach these terms (after notice and a chance to cure where practical), if your payment method fails and stays failed for more than 14 days, or if continued provision of the service becomes unlawful in your jurisdiction.
On termination you can export your data via the in-product export tools for at least 30 days. After that we'll delete your workspace, retaining only the bookkeeping records local tax law obliges us to keep — see the Privacy Policy for the retention schedule.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes — anything that affects your rights, pricing, or how we use your data — we'll email you 30 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of Nonari after the change constitutes acceptance. If you don't accept, cancel before the change takes effect.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes arising under these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan. The service is offered worldwide; where mandatory consumer-law protections in your country of residence override this, those protections apply regardless.
Miscellaneous
If any clause of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our failure to enforce a clause once isn't a waiver of the right to enforce it later. You can't assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a sale or reorganization of Nonari IT Solutions, with notice to you.
These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any plan-specific documentation referenced from /pricing, form the entire agreement between you and Nonari.
