Does the POS work offline?
Currently the POS requires an internet connection so every sale posts to the central ledger immediately. An offline-first PWA mode is on the roadmap for unreliable connectivity.
Can I run multiple cashiers on one till?
Yes. Each cashier opens their own shift on the same till. The system tracks per-cashier sales and per-cashier variance.
What hardware do I need?
Any laptop, tablet, or PC with a browser. USB barcode scanners and ESC/POS receipt printers are supported. No proprietary hardware required.
How does it handle returns?
Returns create a credit note linked to the original invoice, restock the item to inventory, and refund the customer either to their card, cash, or store credit.
