The short version
Because every plan begins with a genuine, no-cost 15-day trial, paid subscription fees are non-refundable. The trial is the evaluation period — use it fully before you pay. Once you do pay, you're paying for access you then have.
That said, we're a small team that would rather keep your goodwill than your money. The exceptions below — duplicate charges, extended outages, and anything your local consumer law obliges — are real, and we honour them without a fight.
The free trial
New accounts get 15 days of the full product at no charge. We don't take a card up front and nothing bills automatically when the trial ends — your workspace simply pauses until you choose to subscribe. If Nonari isn't right for you, walk away during the trial and you'll never be charged.
You can export everything you entered during the trial at any time using the in-product export tools, whether or not you go on to subscribe.
How billing works
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance, in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), with US-dollar equivalents shown for reference. The current price is shown on /pricing. Payment is made manually — by bank transfer, mobile wallet, or another local method we support in your region — and your paid period begins once we've verified the payment, not before. Because we don't hold your payment instrument, nothing is ever charged without you actively sending a payment first.
Billing is anchored to you as the account owner: if you own more than one workspace, a single active subscription covers all of them.
Refunds
Subscription fees, once a paid period has started, are not refundable — including for partial months where you stop using Nonari before the period ends. The 15-day free trial exists precisely so you don't have to pay to find out whether the product fits.
We will, however, refund in these specific cases:
- Duplicate or accidental payments. If you pay twice for the same month, or send a payment in error, we refund the surplus in full.
- Payment received but access not granted.If you paid and we failed to activate your subscription, we'll either activate it or refund you — your choice.
- Extended service outage.If Nonari is unavailable for a sustained stretch within a paid period due to a fault on our side, we'll credit or refund a fair share of that period at our reasonable discretion.
- Anything your statutory consumer rights require. See the section below.
Approved refunds are returned to the same method and account you paid from, within 7–14 business days of approval. We don't charge a processing fee on refunds we owe you.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel any time from your workspace billing settings, or by messaging us. Cancellation stops all future billing — since payment is manual, the practical effect is simply that you don't send the next month's payment. Cancellation does not refund the period you've already paid for; you keep access until that paid period runs out.
After cancellation you can export your data via the in-product export tools for at least 30 days. See the Privacy Policy for the full data-retention schedule.
Price changes
If we change the subscription price, we'll tell you before the new price applies to you. You're free to cancel rather than pay the new amount — and since payment is manual, you're never moved onto a higher price without choosing to pay it.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy removes or limits any refund or cancellation right you have under mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence. Where such a law gives you a stronger right than this policy does, that law wins, and we'll honour it.

Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes — anything that affects your refund or cancellation rights — take effect for charges made after the change, and the "Last updated" date above will reflect it. Charges you've already made are governed by the policy in force when you made them.
