Inventory that knows it lives in branches.
Every branch has its own pile. Every receipt has a cost layer. Every issue consumes FIFO. Every transfer between branches posts both sides atomically. The trial balance always ties to the inventory ledger.
Real FIFO, not averaged guesses
Every Goods Receipt creates a cost layer. Every sale or transfer consumes layers in receipt order. Margin reports are accurate to the rupee.
Branches like banks
Each branch has its own independent stock pile. A sale in Karachi consumes Karachi's layers. A transfer from HO to Lahore posts an issue + a receipt.
Item movement ledger
Pick any product, see every IN and OUT for any window: who bought it, at what price, on what document. Running balance walks forward from opening.
Per-branch FIFO cost layers
Each receipt is a layer. Each issue consumes the oldest layer first. Cost reflects what you actually paid.
Cross-branch transfers
Move stock between branches with optional inter-branch markup. Both sides post automatically.
Write-offs with reason
Damaged, expired, theft, sample. Each reason hits a configurable expense GL.
Reorder alerts
Set min/max per product per branch. Reorder report flags every SKU below threshold with suggested order quantity.
Stock take and cycle count
Bulk-paste current counts. System auto-creates the variance write-on/write-off entries.
Bills of Materials + production jobs
Toggle on the Manufacturing module for finished-goods recipes, WIP tracking, and production-cost variance reports.
Frequently asked.
Does it support multiple warehouses per branch?
Yes. Each branch can have multiple inventory locations (e.g., "Main Warehouse", "Display Floor", "Back Room"). Stock moves between locations are tracked with the same rigour as cross-branch transfers.
Can I import opening stock from a spreadsheet?
Yes. The bulk paste UI accepts CSV-style data and creates the opening cost layers atomically. Per-branch + per-product.
What costing methods are supported?
FIFO is the default. Weighted Average Cost (WAC) is available per product. LIFO is not supported (rarely used and disallowed under IFRS).
