Is there really a 15-day free trial?+

Yes. Every new organisation gets 15 days of full access — no card on file, no auto-billing. After day 15 you can upgrade to a paid plan or your account becomes read-only until you do.

How does payment work?+

When you upgrade, we generate an invoice in your billing currency (PKR today). Pay via bank transfer, mobile wallet, or other methods we support in your region — then send payment confirmation. Your account is activated within hours. Card billing is on the roadmap.

What counts as a "branch"?+

Each physical or logical location with its own till, inventory, and books. Head office is one branch. Your second shop is another. 3 branches are included; each additional branch is ₨ 9,000/month.

Can I have multiple organisations?+

Yes — up to 2 separate organisations on one account. Each organisation is a completely separate set of books (different company name, tax ID, currency). Adding a second organisation is ₨ 19,500/month.

Do you charge per user?+

No. Unlimited team members on every plan. Add as many cashiers, accountants, and managers as you need.

Is there a yearly discount?+

Yes. Pay yearly and you get 1 month free — billed for 11 months, get 12 months of access.

What happens to my data if I cancel?+

You can export every record as CSV or JSON, anytime, with one click. We do not hold your data hostage. If you let your plan expire, your data stays safe for 90 days while you decide.

Do you support e-invoicing and local tax filing?+

Yes where we have integrations — including FBR Digital Invoicing (Pakistan) with PRAL v1.12, IRN + QR, and automatic submission. More jurisdictions (VAT, GST, MTD) are on the roadmap; one tax framework powers all of them.
