For the clinic that bills as it heals.

Patient comes in, gets seen, pays the bill. The accounts assistant types it all into a separate spreadsheet. Doctor commission is a guess at month-end. Nonari turns that into a single workflow.

Patient as customer

Each patient is a contact with a full ledger. See every visit, every payment, every outstanding balance.

Doctor commissions

Per-doctor, per-procedure commission rates. Auto-calc on every billed visit. Pay out monthly with one click.

Appointment to invoice

Schedule the appointment, the system pre-fills the invoice. Patient checks out, balance settles. Done.

Procedure catalogue

Build a list of common procedures with default prices. Click to add to the bill.

Insurance / panel billing

Patients on company panels are billed to the company via AR. Statements go to the company, not the patient.

Multi-doctor, multi-branch

A clinic chain with multiple doctors at multiple branches gets per-doctor + per-branch P&L.

Patient portal

Patients see their own bills, statements, and pay online. No login required (tokenized links).

Pharmacy / dispensing

In-clinic dispensing with batch + expiry tracking integrates seamlessly.

WhatsApp reminders

Send appointment reminders + outstanding balance notices via WhatsApp.

questions

Frequently asked.

Do you have an EMR (Electronic Medical Records)?

Today we focus on the financial side — billing, AR, commissions. EMR integration with third-party systems is via API; native EMR is on the longer-term roadmap.

Can patients pay online?

Yes. Tokenized pay links via the patient portal. Stripe and regional payment gateways supported.

How do you handle complex insurance billing?

For now, insurance is treated as a B2B customer (the insurer). Complex multi-payer scenarios with co-pay split are on the roadmap.
