How long does it take to switch on?
Request your sandbox token from PRAL (1-3 working days), paste it into Nonari settings, run a test invoice. Once you have the production token, switch the environment toggle — every new invoice auto-submits from that moment.
What if FBR rejects a submission?
The audit log shows the exact error code + message. Most rejections are missing HS codes or buyer NTN format — fix the source, click "retry" on the audit page, done. No re-keying.
Do you handle the IP whitelisting with PRAL?
Yes. Production submissions route through our fixed-IP egress proxy. PRAL whitelists one IP, every Nonari customer benefits. You do not need to set up infrastructure.
Does this work for retail counter sales (walk-in customers)?
Yes. The PRAL spec includes SN026 / SN027 / SN028 — retail end-consumer scenarios. We map your POS sales to these automatically based on buyer type (registered vs unregistered).
What does this cost?
FBR Digital Invoicing is included on every paid Nonari plan with no per-invoice fee. Sandbox testing is included on the free tier — validate your setup before you commit.
What about my historical invoices before I enabled FBR?
They stay untouched. Nonari does not retroactively submit, which is the safer path — FBR has not asked for backfills. You can manually submit specific invoices from the invoice detail page if an audit requires it.
